Ingredients
Burger
Canadian Bacon
Mixed Greens (kale, Lettuce, Swiss chard, greens etc.)
Minced Cauliflower
Teriyaki sauce
cheese (optional)
Seasoning (garlic, ginger Cajun seasoning)
Avocado Mayo
red onion (chopped)
Cooking Directions: fry meats and onion in coconut oil until brown, add cauliflower and seasonings fry for 5 mins, add some olive oil (if desired), As Teriyaki sauce, stir, simmer on low heat and add greens and Mayo as needed, stir, Add cheese and hot sauce if desired, serve.
This is a great meal as a rice bowl replacement with all the taste and a lot less carbs.
